Two bombs exploded within minutes at the Galaxy Public School shortly after 6 AM Sunday damaging a bus and an office, school staff said.
Nobody was injured in the blasts.
Suspected Maoists placed a red pressure cooker bomb on a busy road in front of the International School almost at the same time at Gyaneshwor.
Security forces cordoned off the area and were trying to defuse it. One loud explosion at the Galaxy School sent thick black smoke billowing 100 meters into the air.
Last week the rebels blew up four buses at Chandbagh School.
