A soldier who in a drunken stupor killed a young couple in the capital and was arrested Saturday at Dhading during flight, police said.

Two policeman were injured during the tussle. Lal Bahadur Magar has confessed to the crime.

Magar was deputed at the Narayanhiti Royal Palace.
