Japan’s Association for Ophthalmic Co-operation to Asia (AOCA) will invest $55,000 annually for the next three years to prevent blindness and rehabilitate and strengthen eye care services in Nepal.
Dr.Tika Pokharel, Secretary of the Social Welfare Council, and Dr. Itaur Kurozumi, Chairperson of AOCA, signed a co-operation agreement in the capital Tuesday, an announcement said.
