Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba Tuesday inaugurated the Rs.120 million 26.4 kms fair weather section of the Hile Leguwa mountain highway that will ultimately be extended to Bhojpur in east Nepal.
The Royal Nepal Army started the road construction six years ago. The 83 kms long feeder road will cost Rs.788 million when complete. Deuba lauded the Army’s role in development activities while protecting the nation’s sovereignty.
