KATHMANDU: Three persons died and 16 others were injured Wednesday in a head-on collision between two buses at Birupr in Kapilvastu district, police said.

One bus was going to Kathmandu from Krishnagar and the other was travelling the opposite direction. The injured are being treated at Lumbini Anchal Hospital.
