KATHMANDU: The NEPSE index slipped 3.28 points at the end of five-day trading Friday. Trading opened at 223.32 points Monday and closed at 220.05 points Friday.

Commercial bank index  fell from 297.62 to 290.77. Finance groups dominated the market accounting for 51.31 percent of the total trade.

Lumbini Finance and Leasing Company led trading with 59,160 shares worth Rs.12 million sold through 197 transactions.
