KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Keshav Prasad Upadhayaya has formed a three-member committee to suggest to the government ways in which to remove a sitting Supreme Court justice, an announcement said.

Member of the Judicial Council and Supreme Court Justice Laxman Prasad Aryal  heads the committee with Supreme Court Justice Krishna Jung Rayamajhi as member and secretary of the Judicial Council Kashi Raj Dahal as member-secretary.

The government called for suggestions through a letter routed via the Attorney General. The request comes after judicial corruption figured in public debates recently.
