Twelve teams, three from India, are participating in the Fifth International Buddha Subba Gold Cup Football Tournament that kicks off in Dharan Tuesday.

Boys Sports Club from Sikkim, Avenues Samelani from Kolkata and Jamshedpur Football Academy are the Indian teams participating in the tournament.

Major Nepali teams are participating in the tournament sponsored by Gorhka Brewery. The winner will receive Rs.50,000 in prize money and the runner-up Rs.25,000.
