Three Japanese climbers missing

Three Japanese are missing, feared dead on the 8167m high Dhaulagiri from Sunday. Leader of the seven member expedition Ryushi Hoshino, 34, Yukihiko Shinagawa, 33, and Masashi Fukamoto, 28, are missing on the east face of the peak, the Ministry of Tourism said.

There have been seven previous fatalities during the current autumn climbing season in the Nepal Himalaya that ends coming Wednesday.
