Kathmandu: The Nepali Congress district working committee, Dadeldhura, has requested the Party President as well as all the Nepali Congress Central Working Committee office-bearers to immediately withdraw the inappropriate action taken against the Prime Minister and begin the initiatives for extensive unity in the party by once again making a sincere analysis and evaluation of the present dreadful and unfavourable condition in order to breathe life into democratic norms and values in the country if the aspirations of the country and the people are to be heeded in the right manner.
A press release issued by the district working committee today states that thousands of sincere, dedicated, revolutionary and committed cadres of the Nepali Congress across the Kingdom were at present bearing the prevailing uncertain situation of the country.
It is learnt that a team of some outgoing MPs representing the Nepali Congress central working committee and a certain clique are engaged in creating a non-cooperative environment against the Prime Minister and other responsible leaders who are members of the present Council of Ministers at a time when the entire country is in a pitiful condition, the press release reads.
The Nepali Congress Dadeldhura district working committee strongly denounces such kinds of immoral and immodest sinister activities which are being planned against the Prime Minister and members of his Council of Ministers in a prejudiced manner, the statement further stated.
The communique states that in the context that the main opposition party CPN-UML and the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) have already welcomed the decision on mid-term election despite the adverse situation, we have been dismayed by the negative activities towards the government of the party by the NC central working committee which is heading towards holding hostage the optionless situation requiring an easy outlet for the country from crisis.
The statement further said that the present government has been established in a democratic manner in the country which is entangled in a spate of violence, murder and terror and it has to some extent been successful in providing the expected feeling of security to the country and the people regarding peace and security from its very formation.
