A human rights monitoring delegation led by Sudip Pathak- president of Nepal Human Rights Organisation – visited a detention centre at Armed Police Force (APF) at Naxal in the capital on Monday.
The team met leaders and right activists arrested after the Royal takeover on February 1.
According to the reports, the detainees have been issued a three-month detention notice under the Peace and Security Act. Authorities at the detention center said the detainees were being treated in accordance with international humanitarian laws.
