Nepal and India will hold another round of official talks for two days beginning Friday in New Delhi to renew a bilateral trade treaty that expires in December, an announcement said.

Commerce Secretary Bhanu Prasad Acharya will head the Nepali delegation to the talks. India said it wants revisions in the treaty to curb duty free access to some Nepali goods to prevent what it calls dumping; Nepal is pressing for the automatic extention of the present treaty while denying the charge.

Several rounds of official and unofficial talks have failed to resolve the issue.
