President of the mainstream Nepali Congress and former Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala warned Thursday that any faulty decision on the part of the Election Commission relating to the intraparty dispute on the election symbol would prompt his party to wage yet another struggle against the authoritarian rulers.

Prime Minister Deuba denied charges leveled against the government by Koirala and said at a programme in Rupandehi that elections would be held on time. He said the allegations that four districts are under the control of Maoists are not true.

“We are overcoming them,” Deuba said.
