Tribhuvan Memorial Gold Cup  Football Tournament will start at the Mechi Stadium in Bhadrapur in Jhapa from February 4, organizers said. Twelve teams from Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and India will participate in the tournament.

This year’s tournament is being held after 11 years. Tournament co-ordinator Tika Raj Dhakal said the final list of participants will be released later. The Tournament was launched in 1968.
