World Education will invest $ 2.2 million in the next four years to educate children in 22 of the kingdom’s 75 districts under the terms of an agreement signed with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) Wednesday, an announcement said.
The Council signed a two-year “Farmer-to Farmer” agreement with Winrock International under which the latter will invest $122,040 for farm improvement in the next two years.
SWC and USC Canada signed a three-year Rs.63.8 million agreement to increase capacity of non governmental organizations in Sindhuli, Dolakha, Lalitpur, Rasuwa, Humla, Kathmandu and Banke.
