Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba met with heads and representatives of diplomatic missions of different countries in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tuesday and informed them about the current situation of the country.
Prime Minister Deuba informed the diplomats about the necessity of declaring a state of emergency to maintain law and order, provide security to the people and contain terrorism, spokesman at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
Diplomats present in the meeting appreciated the efforts of the government to maintain law and order, Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
