Nepali student shot dead in US

Two unidentified gunman shot dead a Nepali student working at a convenience store in the US on Tuesday.

The Nepali student identified as Shekhar Regmi, 20, a resident of Lalitpur was killed in the burglary at the store near Arlington, Star-Telegram.com quoted police as saying.

Regmi was flown to Harris Methodist Fort Worth hospital, where he was declared dead.

The men pulled Regmi from a back storage room and forced him to the front of the store, the second clerk, Gilfour, who was on duty with Regmi told police.

Regmi was an engineering student and had been working at the store for the last two months.
