The Maoist rebels have said they will ban Indian films and Indian vehicles in Makwanpur, Dhading, Nuwakot and Rasuwa districts from June 15 to 21.

According to The Kathmandu Post, the Tamang Autonomous Janaparishad said that the ban will be imposed as a protest against the arrest of central leaders including the Chief of Tamang Autonomous Government, Hit Bahadur Tamang.
