The Embassy of Israel Thursday “strongly condemned the heinous murders” Sunday of IGP Krishna

Mohan Shrestha and his wife, Nudup.

The Embassy described Shrestha as a “loyal son of his nation who dedicated his life to ensuring

peace and security for his countrymen,” the statement said.

“Mrs. Nudup Shrestha’s death will be mourned not only in Nepal but in every corner of the world

where hundreds of her former students, who, in their eyes, symbolized friendly and beautiful Nepal, are living,” the Embassy said.

She was an assistant teacher at the Lincoln School in Kathmandu for 18 years.
