KATHMANDU, Jan 14: A Human Rights Cell formed under the convenorship of Joint-Secretary at the Home Ministry Sushil Jung Bahadur Rana has begun work from today, according to the Ministry.
Deputy Inspector General of Police Amar Singh Shah, Deputy Inspector General of Armed Police Force Gyanendra Raj Rai and deputy chief of National Investigation Department Dhan Singh Karki are members of the Cell.
