Chivas Regal clinch Int’l Elephant Polo title

KATHMANDU: Team Chivas Regal from Scotland defeated Nepali National Park team 12-6 claiming the 23rd World Cup Elephant Polo championship on Friday.

Eight teams including three locals and five foreign teams from England, Scotland, Thailand, India and Hong Kong participated in the championship.

The tournament organised by World Elephant Polo Association was held at Meghauli Airport in Chitwan.
