Army copter makes emergency landing

Pokhara, Apr. 17 :A helicopter belonging to the Royal Nepal Army made an emergency landing near Begnas lake in Pokhara Valley at 8.03 A.M. Today.

All four persons on board the helicopter which had left Kathmandu for Pokhara under the command of Birendra K.C. are safe, it is learnt from the Royal Nepal Army No. 3 Bahini, Bijayapur.

A technical snag is said to be the reason for the emergency landing.

Begnas lake is  about 13 km south of Pokhara Airport.
