Over 115 pigeons took part in the competition organized by Nepal Pigeon Farmers’ Association (NPFA) on Saturday.

In the competition, pigeons belonging to Mohan Krishna Shrestha were awarded the first place, while pigeons of Ratna Dhakawa and Krishna Shrestha won the second and third place respectively.

Claiming that pigeon flying is a sport too, the NPFA has appealed to the concerned authorities to affiliate the NPFA with the National Sports Council.
