Tana Gautam has been transferred to the Industry Ministry, Somlal Subedi to the Ministry of Local Development, Janak Joshi to the Council of Ministers secretariat, Binod Gyawali to the Peace Talks Secretariat, Debraj Pathak to the Ministry of Industry, Shanta Bahadur Shrestha, Shanta Raj Subedi and Ram Kumar Shrestha to the Finance Ministry.

Balananda Paudel has been transferrsd to the National Planning Commission, Bishwa Prakash Pandit to the Ministry of General Administration, Punya Prasad Neupane to the Ministry of Education, Thaneshwor Debkota to the Ministry of Defence and Nabin Ghimere to the Home Ministry.

Bishnu Raj Kusum has been shifted to the Women Development Department and Rishi Lamichane to the Ministry of Women. Shanker Pandey has been transferred to the Ministry of Tourism.
