As there are no more ceasefire and peace talks, it is high time that the government should step down now, CPN-UML General Secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal said Thursday.

Speaking in a program, Nepal said there is no rationale to continue the Surya Bahadur Thapa government. “An all party government should be formed to seek a national consensus,” he said.

He said there is no any plan to take back the five parties “decisive” movement on September 4.
