FM Rana leaves for Beijing to attend Nepal-China meet

Finance Minister (FM) Madhukar Shumsher JB Rana left for Beijing, capital of People’s Republic of China, leading a Nepalese delegation to attend the Nepal-China inter-government economic and technical committee Tuesday.

According to reports Wednesday, the 9th meeting of Nepal-China inter-government economic and technical committee meeting is slated for August 25-26.

The neighbouring countries will hold discussions on bilateral trade, investment, economic and financial cooperation while taking up the issues on which agreements was reached in the 8th meeting, reports said. Both the countries are expected to sign more agreements.

During the stay there, FM Madhukar Shumsher will meet his Chinese counterpart and other Chinese dignitaries.
