Officiating Prime Minister Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani and Special Representative of the British Government Sir Jeffrey James met Monday and discussed bilateral relations and the Maoist problem, RSS said.

Sir James also met members of the donor community Monday. He begins meetings with leaders of political parties Tuesday and Wednesday.

Sir James met Nepali Girija Prasad Koirala in the morning Tuesday. Sir James is on his fourth visit since his appointment as special representative in March this year. He will hold a news conference Friday.
