Mahendranagar, Jan. 29:CPN-UML, Kanchanpur district committee took out a protest rally here yesterday as part of the party’s protest campaign against price rises.

The rally held under the leadership of central member of the party and Mahakali zone in-charge Urbadatta Pant went round Mahendranagar Bazaar chanting slogans against the government.

Central member Pant, Kanchanpur DDC vice president Rajendra Singh Rawal and deputy mayor of Mahendranagar Municipality Iswari Prasad Kharel expressed their views at a corner meeting held at Sangamchowk at the conclusion of the rally.
