Speaking at a party function in the capital Wednesday, he also blamed the government for not being able to refute rumours about the import of arms, reports said.
Nepal added that he could not contact the Prime Minister despite repeated attempts.
Nepal complained that the Prime Minister has not created conducive atmosphere for the ministries allotted to the UML to function.
“If he [Prime Minister] does not create the atmosphere then it would be futile for the party to stick in the government,” the UML General Secretary added.
He also reiterated that the proposed constituent assembly elections should be held within the current Nepali year.
