KATHMANDU: Special representative of the United kingdom to Nepal, Sir Jeffery James, arrived in Kathmandu on Saturday afternoon.
During his stay here, Sir Jeffery, whose visit is said to be sudden, will meet senior government officials and the heads of major political parties to discuss the country’s current political situation and the development programs run with the assistance from the British government, it is learnt.
This is his 7th tour to Nepal since his appointment as the special representatives in 2002. Sir Jeffery’s last visit was in August this year.
