The telephone service of the mid and far western region has been disrupted since Tuesday evening after problems in the telephone repeater tower of Rajakot of Dang district.

According to Nepal Telecom technicians, limited calls are operating from the satellite circuit of Nepalgunj.

Spokesperson of Nepal Telecom Surendra Thicke told Nepalnews that a team of technicians from Nepalgunj has left to repair the tower and the service will resume soon.
