Education Minister Devi Prasad Ojha Tuesday laid the foundation stone of a Rs.12 million technical centre to be built in Butwal with a Rs.10 million contribution from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Local bodies will contribute Rs.2 million.
The centre with a 10,000 capacity stadium, office, conference hall and a hostel for 40 persons will be completed in one year.
