Nepal Tarun Dal organized a protest rally in the capital Monday to protest against the Oct 4 Royal proclamation that dismissed the elected government of Sher Bahadur Deuba on grounds of inefficiency.

Supporters of the youth wing of the Nepali Congress (Democratic) went along the major thoroughfares of the city putting on masks of the 22 ministers appointed by the King and chanted slogans against the Royal Proclamation of October 4.

The Nepali Congerss (Democratic) said Monday that it was organizing peace rallies in nine big cities of the country on December 31 to spread a message of peace to all sectors of the society and parties involved in terror.
