Kathmandu, Jan. 23:Secretary at the Ministry of Local Development Uddhavraj Soti held talks with landowners about an access road to Syuchatar landfill site today.

The meeting decided to take on lease an estimated 167 Ropanis of land required for the operation of the landfill site and turn it over again to the landowners after developing the areas.
