Kathmandu, June 1: Smoking and use of tobacco products have been banned at offices under the Ministry of Health coinciding with the World No Tobacco Day 2001 Thursday. There is a high incidence of smoking in the kingdom. Cancer and heart diseases are on the rise in Nepal  because of smoking, health officials say.
