Altogether 12.2 million shares of Shree International Leasing and Finance Limited (SILFL) with a par value of Rs.100 per share will be listed with the Nepal Stock Exchange, an announcement said.
Mukunda Nath Dhungel, Managing Director of NEPSE and Anil Dhungel, Chief Executive Officer of SILFL signed an agreement Friday.
Altogether 98 companies are now enlisted with the NEPSE.
