Director-General of International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Koro Bessho, is arriving in Nepal on March 19 on a three-day official visit.
The purpose of his visit is to familiarise himself with the overall development issues of Nepal, a press statement issued by the Japanese Embassy said.
During his visit, Bessho will pay a courtesy call to Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala and other senior government officials. He will also visit some economic cooperation projects supported by the Government of Japan, like the project for the Construction of Sindhuli Road, according to the embassy.
