As the government is facing criticism from all walks of life, royal supporters have also said that the activities of the incumbent ministers are not supporting in making the King’s move a success and urged the King to be cautious of such ministers.
Speaking at an interaction in the capital Friday, leader of Nepal Sadbhabawana Party Sarita Agrahari said that though the King’s move was aimed at restoring peace and stability in the country, some of the incumbent ministers are working against such sprit.
She urged the King to be cautious of the ministers who are guided by self-interest. She also added that if the King failed to do so, the Royal move could not succeed.
However, member of the Raj Parishad Standing committee and former Chief of the Army Staff Sachit Shumser Rana said that the King will take action against Ministers if they were found guilty.
He said that the King should not fear foreign powers and should be committed to his procolmation.
Stating that the King is committed to the Constitution of the Kingdom of 1990, he ruled out the possibility of a new constitution in present circumstances.
Central Committee Member of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Bhuban Pathak claimed that the political parties will take part in the election if the poll is announced.
