The Hindu festival Ram Nawami is being observed Friday by worshipping lord Ram in temples across the nation. A great fair takes place at Ram Janaki temple in Janakpurdham today.

Devotees from Nepal and India throng the temple since early morning. Devotees recite the epics on Ram including Ramayana and take a holy dip in the sacred rivers and ponds.
