Senior politician Shree Bhadra Sharma is establishing a organization entitled ‘Prabha Shree Foundation’ in memory of her wife late Prabha Khanal with the aim of working in the sector of women, children, Dalits and culture.

The organization will be formed from the seed money of Rs. 600,000 and more amount will be added in the fund later.

A meeting of the society at the residence of Sharma approved the proposal of setting up the foundation.

Shree Bhadra Sharma will be the founder chairman of the foundation, while Dr. Arati Shah and Ajay Bhadra Khanal will be vice-chairman and member secretary of the foundation.

Rashmi Khanal will be the treasurer of the foundation, while Ishwori Raj Regmi, Arun Khanal, Asish Bhadra Khanal, Shakti Prasad Pundit and Renu Bhandari will be members of the foundation.

Similarly, Justice of the Supreme Court, Sarada Prasad Pundit, Vice Chairman of National Planning Commission Dr. Jagadish Chandra Pokhrel, former Chief Secretary of the Royal Palace Rewati Raman Khanal, former Secretary Bijaya Raj Bhattrai, Bhim Bahadur Adhikari, Chairman of Kantipur Publications Hem Raj Gyawali have been named as advisors of the foundation.

Similarly other advisors of the foundation are Uma Nhadra Khanal, Krishna Bhadra Khanal, Badri Khanal, Upendra Keshari Neupane and Dr. Badri Pokhrel.
