KATHMANDU: Senior journalist Balmukunda Dev Pandey has been appointed editor of the nation’s youngest vernacular daily newspaper ” Rajdhani”, an announcement said.

Pandey replaces Purusottam Dahal who resigned after differences with management, another announcement said. Pandey was editor of daily newspaper “Naya Samaj ” in the 1970’s and then the “Gorkhapatra”, the nation’s oldest newspaper.
