Nobel Academy defeated Manipur Academy 7-1 in the 46th Subroto Mukherjee Cup Inter-school Football Tournament to enter the quarterfinals at the Dr. Ambedkar Stadium in New Delhi.

Ranjit Shrestha and Roshan Karki struck twice while Bharat Khawas, Prabin Karki and Amir Shrestha scored one goal each. The Academy boys will play an Afghanistan team on Wednesday. Earlier they had routed Jammu & Kashmir 14-1 and Tamil Nadu 10-0 in its league matches.
