U-14 striker Nirajan Malla joined company of Nobel Academy, which boasts the U-17 side, as he struck a hat trick along with goal-machine Chetan Ghimire to hammer Tamil Nadu 10-0 Monday in the on-going 46th Subroto Mokherjee Football Tournament at Dr. Ambedkar Stadium, Delhi.

Bharat Khawas, Prabin Karki, Roshan Karki and Ranjit scored a goal each. Earlier the Nepali team had defeated Jammu & Kashmir 14-1. They will take on Manipur in the last league match on Tuesday. The winner will be awarded 80,000 Nrs while runner up team will walk away with 52,000 Nrs.

Eighty Schools from India and teams from Nepal, Malaysia, Bangladesh are taking participating in the prestigious tournament. Nobel Academy is the defending Champions of the Junior Section.
