Kathmandu, June 27: The Nepal Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (NMBFL) has been listed with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NPESE), an announcement said Tuesday.

The company’s two million shares can now be traded at the stock exchange following the listing. Altogether 114 companies are listed with NEPSE, including 27 financial companies.

Nepal Grindlays Bank Tuesday announced a 100 percent dividend for its share holders after a net profit of Rs.392.6 million in the fiscal year 1999/2000 after tax deductions; up 9.2 percent from the previous year, an announcement said.
