National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) will send a five-member team to Khotang Saturday to investigate the deaths of three persons three weeks ago at Chisapani including teacher Hari Bhattarai in a firing incident by security forces, the Commission said.

The team will be headed by Commissioner Dr. Gauri Shanker Lal Das. Another team headed by Commissioner Sushil Pyakhurel will visit Mugu to investigate the forced closure of schools by Maoists in the district.
