Publications of newspapers have resumed in Nepalgunj, a major mid-western town from Sunday.

According to reports on Monday, chief of the regional division in central west Ranjha, Nepalgunj, Major General Dipak Bikram Rana, urged the journalists to resume their work. He however, asked them to keep in view the royal directives while publishing news.

Rana who was speaking in a press briefing said that democracy would prosper with the cooperation of media in Nepal.
