KATHMANDU: The NEPSE index fell 14.13 points at the end of five-day trading Friday. Trading opened at 295.17 points Monday and closed at 281.04 points Friday.
Altogether 86.35 percent of total transaction was of commercial banks. Standard Chartered Bank of Nepal led trading with shares valued at Rs.5.76 million sold during during the week.
Altogether 49,818 shares of 36 companies valued at Rs.25.36 million were sold in 808 transcations.
