NEPSE index slips 0.35 points

The NEPSE index slipped 0.35 points at the end of two-day trading Friday after the Tihar recess. Trading opened at 224.29 points Thursday and closed at 223.94 points Friday.

Commercial bank share index dropped to 220.89 points from 221.43 points. Commercial bank shares accounted for 78.92 percent of the total trade. Altogether 62003 shares of 26 listed companies worth Rs.1.85 million were sold in 126 transactions.
