Nepalis honour Crown Prince in Dehradun

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Paras Saturday received a civic felicitation by Akhil Bharatiya Nepali Bhasa Samiti on behalf of all Nepalis residing in Dehradun, Uttarachal State of India, RSS said.

HRH Crown Princess Himani and HRH Princess Yubarajkumari Purnika were also present on the occasion, the national news agency added.

The letter of felicitation presented to the Crown Prince expresses acknowledgement to him for providing an opportunity for offering the felicitations by the Nepalis in Dehradun, according to the agency.

“All the Nepalis living in Dehradun have been highly glorified by the august presence of HRH Crown Prince in the Drona Bhoomi (the abode of Drona), Dehradun, which is located between the holy rivers of Ganges and Yamuna, revered by all Nepalis,” read the felicitation letter.

The Crown Prince granted audience to officials of various institutions representing Nepali community in Dehradun, politicians and intellectuals on the occasion.
