UML General Secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal, President of NC (Democratic) Sher Bahadur Deuba and RPP Chief Pashupati Shamsher Rana Wednesday held closed-door talks for almost an hour, a published report said Friday.
A report in The Kathmandu Post, quoting a “reliable source”, said the three top leaders discussed the situation after the breakdown of ceasefire by the Maoists and protests of the five parties during the meeting at the Yak & Yeti Hotel.
Although all three leaders are in accord to move forward in unison, they are yet to agree on how to move ahead, the report said. When asked, Nepal dismissed the meeting, saying no such meeting took place, the report added. nepalnews.com mr Sept 19
